As 2023 comes to an end for the LEGO company, the focus is now on 2024 as two brand new Chinese New Year sets will be coming in New Year to celebrate the occasion. 2024 is the year of the Dragon so we can expect GWP for this special celebration to be a brick-built Dragon display just like this years was a brick-built rabbit display.
But our focus is on the other two sets for the new year of 80112 and 80113 which both currently have no set name. However, we do know the price for both sets with 80113 being the more expensive set at $129.99 while 80112 retails for $89.99. Coincidentally, this is the exact same price that the two Chinese New Year sets this year retailed for. 80110 Lunar New Year Display was $90 whilst 80111 Lunar New Year Parade was pricier at $130.
This means we can expect a similar style size and build for the two sets this year along with brand-new prints and parts to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. And celebrations begin even before 2024 as both sets will be available from 26th December 2023 in China and parts of Europe but will become more widely for places like North America from 10th January 2024.
