The LEGO Creator 3in1 theme always produces a wide range of detailed, unique yet also kids-friendly and affordable sets each and every year. 2025 will be no different for the unlicensed LEGO theme as we have got our first look thanks to The French Smythtoys online shop at one of the eight sets releasing under the Creator 3in1 brand on the 1st of January 2025.
This set in particular is 31165 Wild Animals: Panda Family which retails for $39.99 / €39.99 / £34.99 with a total of 626 pieces included. 31165, along with 31159 Wild Animals: Surprise Spider, is a part of the 'Wild Animals' Creator 3in1 subtheme. As the name suggests and the first leaked images demonstrate, the subtheme creates some of our planet's most wild and beautiful animals in brick-built form along with two more alternative, animal-related builds.
The main build of 31165 is a mother panda along with her panda cub. Both are coloured white and black with extremely detailed builds that include plenty of personality. The mother panda especially has a few moving parts including her arms, legs, head and mouth. Alongside the two brick-built pandas is a small selection of growing bamaboo which can be held in the hands of the two LEGO pandas.
The two alternative builds of 31165 include other wild animal families. The first is a mother and son penguin, which again makes for a very cute and detailed build. A small section of ice and snow is also included for the baby penguin to stand on. And the other alternative build is a family of orcas which once again make use of the white and black colour scheme of both the pandas and the penguins. The two orcas also come with a small section of croal reef to swim over.
