The LEGO 2025 rumour mill has been extremely slow so far but as each day we edge ever closer to a brand new year, more and more rumours are appearing. One of the many staple LEGO themes in the toy company's portfolio is LEGO Creator 3in1. The unlicensed theme is very unique where by each set not only includes the build advertised on the front of the box but two more builds using the exact same pieces.
This year we've seen the theme produce a range of vehicles, brick-built objects such as watering cans and retro cameras, a couple of Minifigure scale models and finally extremely colourful brick-built animals like Peacocks and Giraffes. The theme very much goes above and beyond on the creativity side, and the detailed side to an extent, as it acts as the perfect theme to expand kids' imaginations.
First rumours for the theme in 2025 suggest that a total of eight sets will be launching at the start of the new year on the 1st of January 2025. No set numbers, official names, piece counts or prices are known but the Instagram user exabrickslegogo_ has given us a rough list of what to expect from the theme in a few months time:
A pink typewriter. It is much smaller and more affordable than the LEGO Ideas version of the 21327 Typewriter. The brick-built typewriter also comes with some flowers, similar to this year's 31156 Tropical Ukelele.
A green dragon. We've recently had a dragon from the LEGO Creator 3in1 of 31145 Red Dragon. Expect this one to be bigger and less cartoon-like than 31145 which had large eyes and a mix of red, blue and yellow to create its fun character and build.
A race plane. Plenty of planes have been seen in the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme before but this one will focus entirely on the racing aspect. Expect a mean and fast look along with a cool paint job.
A space robot with a balloon. This set sounds like the most creative and original of the bunch with a space-themed robot. Space and robots will create endless possibilities so it'll be interesting to see how the LEGO designers have created this set. The balloon however remains a mystery and we wouldn't be surprised if this is some misinformation.
Cat, rabbit, flamingo, panda. All of these animals are rumoured to be coming in January 2025's LEGO Creator 3in1 wave but we aren't sure exactly how. They may all have their own set, be included as alternative builds in a couple of sets, or all be included in an ultimate LEGO animals Creator 3in1 model.
