We're not even halfway through 2024 yet but we already have our first rumours about the Danish toy company's sets for 2025. Currently, we know that the LEGO themes Architecture, Art, DREAMZzz, Fortnite, Icons, Ideas, Jurassic World, NINJAGO and Super Mario will all be releasing with at least one set in 2025. Other themes are likely to be confirmed soon along with the rare chance we see even more new LEGO themes.
The list shown below is everything we know so far with rumoured set numbers being the main and only confirmation for these LEGO sets so far. However, we do expect these sets to release in the first half of next year, mainly around January and March similar to this year and previous years.
LEGO Architecture
2024 has only seen one set for the 18+ theme but this is one of the biggest and most majestic builds in the themes history. 21061 Notre-Dame de Paris could be the start of the theme of exploring more religious buildings, particularly those with a long, rich history. Either way two sets are currently rumoured for the LEGO Architecture theme of 21062 and 21063.

LEGO Art
Another homegrown 18+ LEGO theme but this one does explore a wide range of licenses to create beautiful artistic pieces. That will continue into 2025 with a total of four sets numbered 31214, 31215, 31216 and 31217. Another Super Heroes-based LEGO Art set in 2025 wouldn't surprise us and we could also see LEGO doing one based on its many gaming licenses.

LEGO DREAMZzz
LEGO's newest unlicensed theme continues into its second year with the latest series of the TV series likely also continuing. The theme will see a total of 15 sets release at some point in 2025 but this is likely to be split across at least two waves.

LEGO Fortnite
An inevitable partnership finally came to fruition earlier this year with the in-game LEGO Fortnite event. And now we'll also be seeing physical LEGO Fornite sets with the first wave releasing on the 1st of October 2024. A second wave has now been confirmed too, releasing at some point in 2025 and consisting of four models.

LEGO Icons
The 18+ LEGO Icons theme does not disappoint and 2025 is set to be another incredible year for the adult-targeted theme. Only two sets are currently rumoured for the theme of 10352 and 10359 but the former of these is currently linked to being a return for the LEGO and Simpsons and partnership. This time it'll be a brick-built version of the Krusty Burger (*take it with a massive grain of salt*).

LEGO Ideas
Another 18+ theme and another one that produces a wide range of beautiful sets each year based on a range of licenses. In 2024 we expect to see 11 brand new sets which will likely be recently accepted projects like Twilight: Cullen House, The Botanical Garden, Knowledge is Power, Micro Rail Command Center and Moon Car.

The LEGO Jurassic World theme has had a fairly successful 2024 with five sets being released across two different waves. Plenty of new dinosaurs, whether that be moulded or brick-built, were introduced and that will likely continue into 2025 with a total of nine new Jurassic sets. These will probably be spread across two waves, a Winter and a Summer selection of models.

As with every year, the start of a brand new year brings the latest Chinese New Year sets and this trend continues into 2025. The next year will be the year of the Snake with LEGO releasing an exclusive set to celebrate the occasion, 40707 Year of the Snake

LEGO Super Mario
Even though we don't currently have any sets rumoured for 2025 regarding the LEGO Super Mario theme, LEGO confirmed the continuation of the theme earlier this year with a Mario Kart teaser. When exactly these Mario Kart sets release is unknown but the theme will most likely continue with two waves and another outstanding 18+ D2C.
