A third and final wave of LEGO Creator 3in1 sets will, amongst many sets, be released on the 1st of June 2024. January 2024 saw a range of brick-built models from animals and mystical creatures to real-life objects such as cameras and roller skates. This was then followed by only two sets in March of 31154 Forest Animals: Red Fox and 31158 Sea Animals.
June's wave of LEGO Creator 3in1 models will unfortunately follow the same trend with only two brand new sets being released. These are 31151 Terrifying T-Rex and 31153 Modern Beach House. The latter of these we'll be covering in today's article of 31153 Modern Beach House which will retail for $109.99 with a total of 939 pieces.
Those 939 pieces at that $110 price point will make 31153 easily the biggest and most expensive LEGO Creator 3in1 set of 2024, surpassing Januarys 31150 Wild Safari Animals which included 780 pieces for $64.99. 31153 Modern Beach House will also become the first Minifigure scale Creator 3in1 model of 2024 with January and March featuring only brick built models.
It's been a trend in recent years to see the Summer wave of LEGO Creator 3in1 heavily focus on Minifigures and so its no surprise that 31153 will be a brick built version of a modern Beach House perfect for our favourite yellow people. Around four to six Minifigures can be expected in 31153 with the main focus of the $110 set being the build itself which will likely be a fair size.
Beach houses in the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme arent uncommon with the last one being the now retired 31118 Surfer Beach House. 2024s version will contain almost double the amount of pieces suggesting a much bigger and more detailed building. A couple of more seaside themed rooms may be included along with a more extensive exterior along the seashore showcasing the sandy LEGO beaches.
Of course, like every LEGO Creator 3in1 model, two more alternative builds are included along with the main build for that $109.99 price tag. These two builds are usually related to the main original build in someway, so we could possibly be expecting more seaside themed builds such as pier with a small arcade section and fish and chip restraunt or even a mighty lighthouse that would be a fair size with those 939 pieces.
