Known for its good value and versatile designs, the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme continues to play a big part in LEGO's continued global success. In 2025, the theme will once again be offering a variety of creative builds with each model including three distinct builds in just one set. A total of eight sets will be released on the 1st of January 2025 under the Creator 3in1 brand, with the most expensive of these retailing for only $60.
31159 Wild Animals: Surprise Spider
The smallest set of the wave is 31159 Wild Animals: Surprise Spider which for $12.99 includes a total of 153 pieces. 31159 is the first of two sets on this list to begin with 'Wild Animals' suggesting a possible new subtheme for LEGO Creator 3in1. The main build will unsurprisingly be a brick-built Spider with the two alternative builds containing the 'surprise' element of the set and possibly being a tree frog or a praying mantis for example.

31160 Race Plane
Along with brick-built animals, brick-built vehicles are another staple idea in the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme. 31160 Race Plane continues this trend with the 6+ model retailing for $19.99 with a total of 178 pieces included. We expect a mean and fast-looking plane and a cool paint job that can be transferred to the two other builds that are likely also aviation or vehicle-based.

31161 Green Dragon
31161 Green Dragon is the largest set of this Winter 2025 wave retailing for $59.99 with a total of 715 pieces. It wasn't long ago since we last had a dragon from the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme of 31145 Red Dragon. Expect 2025s to be much bigger and less cartoon-like than 31145 which had large eyes and a mix of red, blue and yellow to create its fun character and build.

31162 Rabbit
Just like the previous set, brick-built rabbits are also fairly common in the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme with the last one being 31133 White Rabbit. 2025s Rabbit of 31162 includes a few more pieces at 326 retailing for the exact same price of $19.99. This suggests a very similar build with the main difference likely being the colour and a couple of the many play features such as its moveable parts and overall cute look.

31163 Grey Cat
This year we saw our largest LEGO Cat of the LEGO Ideas model 21349 Tuxedo Cat. In 2025, the LEGO Creator 3in1 theme will be releasing a much smaller brick-built cat of 31163 Grey Cat. The build will be a lot smaller and simpler, including more cartoon-like features which some of the smaller Creator 3in1 sets are extremely good at grasping. The two alternative builds will likely be more grey-coloured pets and animals.

31164 Space Robot
2024 may have been the year for LEGO and space but 31164 Space Robot continues the surge in intergalactic themed models. The 6+ model includes a total of 281 pieces retailing for $24.99 and could have endless possibilities for its design. Alternatives to the main build could include a space rover or a mini spaceship.

31165 Wild Animals: Panda Family
31165 is our second LEGO Creator 3in1 set launching on the 1st of January 2024 to include the words 'Wild Animals' in its name. However, this time the $37 set focuses on a family of Pandas. We imagine the sets 626 pieces are used to create a brick-built mother panda alongside her cub and some bamboo for them to enjoy. Other animal families may be included as the two alternative builds.

31169 Typewriter With Flowers
Last but not least we have 31169 Typewriter With Flowers which for $29.99 includes a total of 363 pieces. The Creator 3in1 model is much smaller and more affordable than the LEGO Ideas version of the 21327 Typewriter and comes in a lovely pink colour along with those brick-built decorative flowers. Like many of these LEGO Creator 3in1 sets, 31169s alternative builds could be literally anything.
