Even though we've never covered the LEGO Friends theme before, a brand new wave of the theme has been rumoured for 2023 as it's set for a refresh. This exciting new journey for the LEGO Friends theme has gotten many fans interested, including AFOLs, as the designers have hinted at the idea of changing the main characters and fundamentals of the theme first introduced in 2012.
This wave of sets, releasing on 1st January 2023, doesn't give away too many details of the reboot for the theme but gives a wide selection of interesting builds. These include a Donut Shop, a Dog Rescue Center, a School, a City Center, a Skate Park and much more. The wave also includes more 'gimmick' sets of four sets just titled 'bedroom' each retailing for $19.99.
