The LEGO Icons theme has produced a range of LEGO models from brick-built flowers to the most random and obscure licenses. But the 18+ theme will be expanding further at the end of this year and into 2024 as it produces a new subtheme. This new subtheme is known as 'LEGO Moments' and looks to be based on classic LEGO themes but in a modern-day 18+ LEGO Icons set.
The first set to kick off this subtheme will be 10391 LEGO Space Moments which will retail for $99.99 with 966 pieces. 10391 is rumoured to be releasing on 1st October 2023 but there is the possibility it may be delayed until 2024. If that is the case it will release on 1st April 2024 along with another LEGO Icons 'LEGO Moments' set of 10392.
The set itself will be very LEGO Space themed with the main build being a large black spaceship. This sounds very similar to the old LEGO Blacktron spaceships but it's not confirmed yet whether or not this set of 10391 LEGO Space Moments is Blacktron based/inspired. Either way though the set will include two Minifigures which then come with different heads and hairs to allow plenty of customization in the $100 set.
