After the official reveal of the last LEGO Icons set of the year of 10307 Eiffel Tower, the promotional set to go along with the D2C has also been revealed. This promotional set is 40579 Eiffel's Apartment which, along with 10307, is first available on the weekend of Black Friday 2022. However, currently, it'll only be limited to this weekend (25th November to 28th November) unless it returns next year.
The Gift With Purchase, in particular, is a build of Gustave Eiffel's Apartment which is located in the tower itself. The small vignette in the style of the original Apartment has both an indoor and an outdoor section. The outdoor section is very small with it basically just being a balcony with two telescope builds.
However, the indoor section has much more detail for a comforting with a red carpet and an interesting yellow wallpaper. There's also a desk with a chair and a lamp, a small cabinet, and a mini model of the Eiffel Tower itself. And as the build is Minifugre scale Eiffle himself is included in the set with grey hair and a tuxedo which is sadly not exclusive.
