LEGO Ideas 21338 A-Frame Cabin Officially Revealed | February 2023

After a leak only yesterday, the LEGO Ideas A-Frame Cabin will finally become an official LEGO set as it was officially revealed earlier today. The 46th LEGO Ideas set comes under the set number 21338 with it being the first LEGO Ideas set of 2023 once it releases on 4th February 2023. It'll be one of the more expensive LEGO Ideas sets but still has a reasonable price of $179.99 for the 2,082 pieces included.

The set itself is very similar to the original submission with it keeping that Minifigure scale forest look. The cabin itself takes up the main part of the build with its triangular shape, brown colour scheme and interesting building techniques to make the unique architecture. This is especially the case with the thor hammers which still remain at the bottom of the build like the original submission.

The interior is fairly detailed with two floors integrated into that triangular shape. These can be easily accessed as the back of the cabin is open, but the roofs can also be take off along with the top floor making it similar to a doll house. Upstairs is a small bedroom with a double bed and a miniature build of the LEGO Ideas treehouse. Theres also some shelves and desks allowing plenty of space for storage and that pesky spider to hide.

Meanwhile, downstairs is much bigger and contains the main living elements of the cabin. Theres a desk with the LEGO Ideas Typewriter in a minitue form, a kitchen area and a small reading area with a bookshelf and comfy chair. Many other features are included inside but there's also some on the outside of the cabin like a small shower which has a place for a towel and some soap.

Thats the main part of the A-Frame Cabin itself but there's also many decorations and scenery surrounding the building. These include some thin trees with autumnal colours for their leaves like green, yellow, red and orange. Another orange can be seen with a canoe which is a new addition to the set. This allows space for two Minifigures with a total of four Minifigures included in the whole set - doubling the amount in the submission.

These are very much your sterreotpical campers with big bags, warm clothes, binoculars, camping boots and more. Other features of the set include a log pile, some frogs, some otters and some butterflies that are on both the cabin and the trees surrounding it. This makes for a great $180 set to kick off 2023 for the LEGO Ideas theme...
