The winner of the coastal GWP competition, Ray the Castaway, has now been in development for about a year and a half but the first image of the set has been released. The set was announced last May and recent rumours from the likes of Brick Clicker have hinted at an upcoming release but now thanks to images from Promobricks.de we have confirmed details.
The Gift With Purchase which is worth around $15-$20 will be available from 1st October 2022 and will last until 13th October 2022. To get Ray The Castaway during those dates, you'll have to spend a minimum of £120 but this can be on any LEGO sets from any theme.
The set itself consists of 239 pieces and one Minifigure of Ray The Castaway himself with overgrown hair and beard. His clothes are also broken and dirty giving him a survivor-like look. He has a small little hideout covered by olive-coloured palm tree leaves. Other features include a tiny wooden boat, an SOS sign, a telescope, a cup and a parrot
