Another expansion to Iron Man's workshop following on from 76125 and 76167 has been revealed for this summer wave of LEGO Marvel sets. This time it's 76216 Iron Man Armoury mainly based on Iron Man 2 but with a couple of elements from Iron Man 3. The set includes eight more armour displays that can be connected to the previous versions but this time for a much higher price of $89.99 and a much lower piece count of 496.
The Minifigure selection is the most interesting part with the likes of Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Nick Fury, War Machine and Whiplash all included. Three pieces of Tony's armour are also included in this set of MK3, MK25 and MK85 Iron Man suits and booster wings from Avengers: Endgame. Other details include a sports car with Stark Expo model map, a robot assistant arm and a work area with tools from the iconic scenes from the Iron Man franchise.
