After 76995 Shadow's Escape was officially revealed almost a month ago, we now have our first look at the second LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog set releasing on 1st January 2024. This is 76996 Knuckles' Mech Battle which for $32.99 includes a total of 276 pieces. As the name suggests, the main build of the set is a brick-built mech belonging to the brand-new exclusive Minifigure of Knuckles which is included in 76996.
The rest of the 276 pieces are used to make the rest of the brick-built battle. Knuckles and his red mech are fighting with another exclusive Minifigure of Rouge the Bat. She comes with a glider build which, like the mech for Knuckles, are colours based around her character and Minifigure so black with hints of pink. The $33 2024 set is then finished off with a small build for the green Master Emerald which is sitting a small stone structure.
