LEGO Star Wars 75392 Creative Play Droid Builder Officially Revealed | August 2024

Droids have to be one of the most universally loved things in the Star Wars universe and this has obviously translated into LEGO Star Wars too. Already in 2024, we've seen a brick-built version of R2-D2 with 75379 and in just over a months time we'll be getting 75398 Buildable C-3PO. But also releasing on the 1st of August is another droid-heavy set of 75392 Creative Play Droid Builder.

The Summer 2024 set is basically a custom droid builder retailing for $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99 with a total of 1,186 pieces. These 1,186 pieces are used to create a total of four small buildable droids. As you can see from the official images presented today, these four droids are R2-D2, Chopper (C1-10P), R2-KT and R2-K5.

Along with these brick-built droids, there's also plenty of customizable options. Brick-built accessories such as hats, bow ties, moustaches, a rubber dinghy, sunglasses, headphones and more can be added to the intergalactic LEGO droids. There are even two thrusters and two stud shooters included to further level up your LEGO droids. Furthermore, the droids' rotating heads and legs can also be attached to any other character's body to create completely new "hybrid droids".

75392 Creative Play Droid Builder also includes a brand new 25th Anniversary Minifigure of young Leia Organa from the Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series. Like the previous exclusive Minifigures for this year's anniversary, she comes with a 25th Anniversary Stand and her droid Lola (L0-LA59) on a 2x2 printed dish.
