2025 was another busy start to the year for the LEGO Star Wars theme with a total of six sets released but the biggest release window for the licensed theme is still yet to come. Just a single set of 74529 AT-AT Driver Helmet is releasing in March but a total of seven models will hit the shelves on the 1st of May 2025 - just in time for Star Wars Day. Amongst these, we finally see a return of sequel-based sets, brand-new helmets, and another LEGO Star Wars D2C...
75399 U-Wing
75399 U-Wing is the first of two sets releasing this year based on the second series of Andor. The 8+ model is considered to be a "spoiler set" and therefore we have little information to go on apart from the fact it includes 594 pieces retailing for $69.99 / €69.99 / £59.99. Within those 594 pieces, we will reportedly be receiving a total of five Minifigures including Cassian Andor, two shoretroopers, Debra Meero and K-2SO.

75406 Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle
Finally, LEGO has returned to sequel sets and in 2025 they'll be focusing on one of the most popular characters from this era of Star Wars: Kylo Ren. His Command Shuttle will be releasing as a midiscale starship under the set number 75406 which retails for $69.99 / €69.99 / £59.99 with a currently unknown piece count. The ship will be mainly black with a couple of hints of red and grey on the usual 18+ display stand.

75407 Star Wars Logo
After the LEGO Marvel theme saw the release of 76313 MARVEL Logo & Minifigures on the 1st of January 2025, the LEGO Star Wars theme will be following suit on the 1st of May 2025 with the launch of 75407 Star Wars Logo. This time, however, the brick-built logo will be branded as an 18+ set reportedly including no Minifigures with a much smaller piece count and lower price.

75408 Jango Fett Helmet
After a year's hiatus, the brick-built LEGO Star Wars helmets will be returning in 2025 with 75408 Jango Fett Helmet following on from March's 74529 AT-AT Driver Helmet. Jango Fett's helmet is a classic example of Mandalorian armour with the brick-built interpretation including a total of 616 pieces retailing for $69.99 / €69.99 / £59.99.

75409 Jango Fett's Starship
Another Jango Fett-based model is this time Minifigure scale and is also this year's May the Fourth 18+ D2C. 75409 Jango Fett's Starship includes a total of 2,970 pieces retailing for $299.99 / €299.99 / £279.99 but will be available with this year's exclusive Star Wars Day promotional item. The brand new UCS model includes two exclusive Minifigures of Jango Fett and his son Boba Fett along with the most detailed version of his starship yet.

75415 Kylo Ren Helmet
Another Kylo Ren-focused set and another brick-built LEGO Star Wars helmet of 75415 Kylo Ren Helmet. The 18+ model will introduce a completely new design to the helmet subtheme rather than Jango Fett for example which is just another Mandalorian-designed helmet. 75415 will also retail for $69.99 / €69.99 / £59.99 and will be exclusive to LEGO stores and LEGO shop@home.

75416 Buildable Chopper
Last but not least we get a brand new brick-built LEGO Star Wars droid with 75416 being a Buildable Chopper. The 10+ model will be based on Chopper's appearance in Rebels and is expected to be in the same scale as 2024s 75379 which includes just 11 more pieces at the same retail price of $99.99 / €99.99 / £89.99.
