After the recent reveal of four LEGO Super Mario Donkey Kong-themed sets, another set will also be joining the themes lineup for 1st August 2023. This is set 71427 which currently has no name but will be the retail exclusive set of the wave. LEGO Super Mario is used to having a retail exclusive set of the wave and it's usually a fair-sized build revealed at a later point compared to the rest of the wave.
Due to the set not being revealed with the four LEGO Donkey Kong-themed sets, we imagine this set is nothing to do with Donkey Kong and is instead just another expansion set. For 1,062 pieces though, it should be a good expansion with hopefully another koopaling or more cool play features for LEGO Mario, Luigi and Peach once it releases on 1st August 2023.
