After the recent rumours about the next action-packed wave of LEGO Star Wars sets, it's inevitable that some older sets will soon retire. We now have even more information about LEGOs retirement plan for the LEGO Star Wars theme with our information going up to 2023 now after we covered up to 2022 earlier in the year.
This will almost definitely change as more sets are released this year and sales for the certain set either increase or decrease. However, we can say that most of the LEGO Star Wars sets that were released in 2019 or 2020 will definitely have retired at the end of 2023.
Any LEGO Star Wars D2C sets usually last quite a few years and always last longer than the smaller more widely available sets. We'd recommend getting any D2C's as soon as possible as these will quickly increase in price and go for a hefty amount of money in a few years.
